SLN2301 High-Temperature NTC Probe Sensor
The NTC Temperature Sensor is a professional-grade high-temperature probe designed specifically for BBQ thermometers, ovens, and cooking temperature monitoring applications. It is built to withstand extreme heat while maintaining high accuracy and fast thermal response.
The sensor is equipped with a 100kΩ ±1% NTC thermistor at 25°C with a B value of 4066K ±1%, providing stable and precise temperature measurements in high-temperature environments up to 300°C. A food-grade SS304 stainless steel probe ensures safe direct contact with food during cooking and grilling.
The sensor cable uses 26AWG PTFE wire rated to 380°C and 300V, guaranteeing excellent heat resistance and long-term durability. With a thermal time constant of ≤6 seconds, the sensor delivers fast and accurate temperature feedback, essential for professional cooking and BBQ control.
Optional aluminum or stainless steel metal handles and 2.5mm / 3.5mm audio plug connectors allow easy integration into various thermometer designs. Waterproof performance is available at IPX3 or IPX7, suitable for outdoor grilling environments.
