SLN1601 High-Temperature NTC Film Temperature Sensor

The NTC Temperature Sensor is a high-temperature, thin-film NTC sensor designed for precise and stable temperature control in heating plates, hair straighteners, and temperature measurement devices. Its compact and flexible structure allows easy integration into flat or narrow heating assemblies.This sensor features a 100kΩ ±1% NTC thermistor at 25°C with a B value of 3950K ±1%, providing accurate and repeatable temperature sensing over an exceptionally wide operating range from -50°C to +300°C.The sensing element is encapsulated with polyimide (PI) film, offering excellent thermal resistance, mechanical stability, and electrical insulation while maintaining a slim profile. Paired with a UL1332 26AWG cable rated at 200°C and 300V, the N1601 ensures reliable operation under continuous high-temperature conditions.With a thermal time constant of ≤10 seconds, the sensor delivers responsive temperature feedback suitable for closed-loop temperature control systems. High insulation performance (≥100MΩ at 500VDC) and 1800VAC dielectric strength further enhance safety and durability.
